How do I return my order?

PAX offers products of integrity. We’re totally in love with our products and we want you to be too. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exc. shipping costs.

Customers who would like to return a product should email hello@paxpolish.com so that we can determine where we went wrong and advise next steps.

We will require you to return the product and pre-pay all postage (we recommend Registered Post). You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. PAX Polish Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be provided at checkout. We will provide the most effective and efficient way to get you your PAX order via Australia Post.

How long do you take to dispatch?

We ship Monday - Friday, and all orders will be shipped the following business day after being placed.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to customercare@paxpolish.com. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to customercare@paxpolish.com.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Our Liability

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Pax Polish disclaims, and does not make, any representation or warranty of any kind in respect of Pax Polish goods or services. Pax Polish will not be responsible for:

  1. losses that were not caused by any breach on our part;
  2. any business loss, loss of sales, profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure;
  3. any indirect or consequential losses; or
  4. any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Pax Polish to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the supply of Pax Polish goods and services under these Terms, any breach of these Terms by Pax Polish of these Terms however arising (whether tort, (including negligence), statute, custom, law or on any other basis) or a non-compliance of a statutory guarantee is limited to:

  1. the supply of the Pax Polish goods or services again; or
  2. the payment of the cost of having the Pax Polish goods or services supplied again.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any non-excludable right or remedy you have under law including the Australian Consumer Law. Any disclaimer, exclusion or limitation as provided for in these conditions applies to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any non-excludable right or remedy.

Applicable Law

The laws of New South Wales govern these Terms and any dispute that might arise between the parties. Any dispute relating in any way to these Terms will only be adjudicated in the courts of New South Wales. Each party consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
